In SecPro we understand the social corporate responsibility as a commitment that we assume with proud and that is immersed in our Corporate DNA; Our fundamental objective is the diffusion of knowledge as a tool for progress and improvement.
SecPro security Professionals supports communities and research groups in different ways:
- Donation of scholarships in training courses on our virtual platform in different areas of knowledge.
- Book donation: Cybersecurity within reach of everyone- Ciberseguridad al alcance de todos.
- Free supports Talks and Conferences for Schools in where we make children aware of the risks in cyberspace.
- SecPro donates courses on the virtual platform to the Military and the law Enforcement, entities such as Colombia National Army, Colombia National Navy, Colombian National Police, Prosecutor’s Office, CTI, amongst others.
- SecPro donates conferences and workshops for military and law enforcement in Colombia and Latin America.
- SecPro donates lectures and workshops for each and every National and International Academic Institutions that has invited us to their security events.
- SecPro donates conferences and workshops for national and international non-profit organizations.
- SecPro creates quality educational material for free on different topics of IT security, which is exposed to the public through its YouTube channel “Ciberseguridad para todos”.

Policy
Corporate Social Responsibility is the acting framework in which the strategic objectives of SecPro – Security Professionals are developed, to contribute to sustainable human development through the generation of social valor, economic and environmental value, embracing sustainability issues contemplated in local, national and global initiatives.
Socially responsible business action has an ethical foundation, starting from the recognition of the impact that its decisions have on stakeholder groups; it is articulated with Corporate Government and will be managed from the daily work of the company and the people who are a part of it.

- Corporate Social Responsibility as an element of the strategy
The development of plans, models, projects and business offers, must evidence the alignment and insertion of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility defined for SecPro. Constant innovation will be promoted to encourage the generation of social, economic and environmental value.
- Environmental responsibility, an element of Corporate Social Responsibility
Through the environmental policy we will assume the commitment with the future generations, By fulfilling the legislation, And the rational use of the resources that compromise an adequate management of all environmental aspects plus the strengthening of the environmental culture within the continuous improvement of its framework.
- Transparent and mutually beneficial relations with society
In a proactive way positive, transparent and relevant links will be maintained and strengthened with the stakeholders, which favors a mutually beneficial relationship between SecPro and the society; which contributes to institutional strengthening. Complete, timely and reliable information will be issued; and permanent and two-way communication will be established with the stakeholders and other publics.
- Importance of internal stakeholders
Corporate Social Responsibility begins with the internal stakeholder groups, and strengthens each person’s commitment with socially responsible behavior through the daily performance of their duties. Relations with the workforce should promote a dignified life.
- Use of own strengths as leverage
Corporate Social Responsibility should be managed starting from the strengths in knowledge, infrastructure and resources, and the others that are proper and connatural to the business exercise.
- Exercise from the role of professional service provider
The socially responsible action of SecPro will be framed within the strategic business objectives, through the promotion of actions associated with its core activities, without replacing the responsibilities of other parties.
- Universalization and development, the focus of socially responsible action
Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives should aim at universalizing the service, both in terms of access and comparability; and at leveraging development to generate capacity, income and prosperity. The prioritization of actions should be considered a sustainability criteria.
- Synergies and partnerships for action
Synergies will be explored within SecPro and external partners to undertake actions of Corporate Social Responsibility, respecting the role of each party and taking advantage of the strengths of each one, with a network approach to enhance the impact.
- Measuring management and impacts
SecPro’s socially responsible performance will be measured and reported to stakeholder groups and other publics in general, with defined metrics and aligned with internationally accepted standards.
